Well lucky for you, we’ve rounded up the best day spas in Canberra that offer pregnancy massages. Already had your bubba? Never fear! Most of these locations also offer post-natal pampers too. Branding themselves Canberra’s most luxurious wellness destination, a visit to Hale Spa will leave you feeling fabulous. Walk in to the Scandi-style lounge in front of the fireplace with views on to a landscaped courtyard and water feature before your private treatment. And that’s just the waiting room! Choose between 60 or 90 minutes, ranging from $150 - $199.

Mudd the Spa, Barton

Tucked away underneath Hotel Realm is one of my personal favourites. Their pregnancy massage is done while lying on your side, allowing for ultimate relaxion using the most amazing smelling products. Pure relaxation! If you’re feeling fancy, I highly recommend adding a facial. Because why not? Choose between a half or full body massage ranging from $70 - $140.

Adytum, Braddon

The new kid on the block, Adytum describe themselves as ‘ancient wisdom and modern practice’. They’re sustainably focussed and use beautiful natural products that will leave you feeling brand new. And the minimal fit out….stunning. Their ‘expectant retreat’ includes a luxurious and nurturing experience for expectant mothers. Enjoy a full body massage, a skin-brightening Micro Facial, and a spa pedicure. Length is 150 minutes, $340. Don’t want the full works? Choose between a 60 or 90 minute massage from $160 - $200.

Live Well Naturally, Griffith

A long-time favourite amongst expecting mamas, Live Well Naturally is situated in a beautiful old building in Griffith. You can choose between lying on your side or using a pregnancy belly and breast support massage table. They know just how to relieve muscle cramps and spasm especially common in the lower back, neck, hips and legs, improve circulation which can reduce swelling as well as providing a supportive, nurturing experience for the mother to be. Choose from 60 minutes.

Siam Senses, Phillip and Braddon

Specialising in both pre and post-natal massage, Siam Senses offers a traditional Thai massage with the most luxurious warm coconut oil. Located in Phillip and Braddon, this is one of the most highly regarded Thai massage spas in Canberra. You can choose between 60, 90 or 120 mins ranging from $100 – $195.

Heart, Soul and Harmony, Jerrabomberra

Lomi Lomi and KaHuna massage is a holistic healing style of massage that uses long strokes, aiding the lymphatic system. Great to relax for expecting mamas, and amazing for post-natal mamas to help with milk supply! Sharee is a mum herself, and offers a lovely safe space at her home-based clinic in Jerrabomberra. Choose between 60, 90 or 120 minutes ranging from $90 - $180.

OnSon, Gungahlin

Another fantastic traditional Thai option for all you Gungahlin-dwellers. OnSon offers both pre and post-natal massages that can reduce swelling and water retention, relief from back pain, leg pain, and can reduce stress and anxiety levels. They have many options between 30 – 120 minutes ranging from $55 - $165.

Jindii Eco Spa, Botanic Gardens

Did you know there was a blissful day spa in the heart of the Botanic Gardens? Well now you do. Inspired by the Australian landscape, First Nations’ culture and its ancient, botanical, healing wisdoms, Jindii Eco Spa uses native ingredients in a beautiful setting. Note, they don’t have a specific pregnancy massage, but they do specify which of their massages are pregnancy safe. Each massage starts with a foot bath and scrub which is every pregnant woman’s dream.

Mel’s Massage, Lyneham/mobile

Mel and her knowledgeable team specialise in a range of massage services. Even infant massage for those mamas who have had their babies! Although they’re located in Lyneham, you can request a mobile pregnancy massage, so you don’t even have to leave the house. We all know that is the dream once that waddle gets harder. Choose from 50 or 90 minutes between $100 - $145.

Endota Spa, Canberra Centre

Melt into the supportive pillows at Endota as you lay on your side and drift into a deep state of relaxation. Endota is one of the classic, reliable day spas, now located in the Canberra Centre. Enjoy a cup of organic tea in their relaxation lounge before easing into your treatment. Option is 60 minutes for $130.
