BABIO stands for Being authentically beautiful inside and out and that's how I want every mum to feel when they train with me.

I know how hard it is to find things that work for you post baby and kids which is why I have options for both online classes (for those mummas who don't have the time or access to go to a gym), in person classes for any mum who needs more me time, as well as affordable PT options because fitness doesn't need to be a luxury we spend hundreds on but should be accessible for all mums wanting to work on themselves.
