Grounded Motion

Grounded Motion by Morgan Hubbard is about more than yoga, more than movement.

Starting Grounded Motion was driven by the belief that with the right guidance our bodies, minds and spirits can thrive. Grounded Motion allows you to arrive as you are, regardless of the life phase you are in, and promotes the practice of strong, thoughtful and reflective yoga for overall physical and mental wellbeing.

With the philosophy that the yoga and movement we practice on the mat should support the physical and mental demands of everyday life I hold weekly and monthly women's yoga classes, workshops, private sessions, and women's retreats.

Through fostering community, connection, and the transformative power of yoga and movement, you are able to experience the blending of mindfulness, strength, and mobility with a strong sense of belonging.

These offerings are a place where every woman is encouraged to explore her potential, find balance, and cultivate a deeper connection with oneself and others.
