Kate from Holding Mum is Postpartum Doula with a focus on maternal mental health and caring for the mothers overall well-being during postpartum.

Care includes holistic debriefs, light tidying, baby care while you rest or have healing mental breaks, wealth of nutrition information for postpartum and organising meals and snacks, warm advice and non judgemental care, connecting you with the best contacts for feeding(saving you the hunt for the best with a newborn in arms!) , physical care, mental health. Ensuring that overall, Mama is feeling fully held and supported. Support helps avoid postnatal depletion, depression/anxiety. Holistic mentoring is also available.

Kate is also a mother of 2, whom both had a range of complex health issues when young so is extremely comfortable with unsettled and settled babies, lots of experience with bottle and breastfed babies and the added bonus of experience with toddlers and their emotions at this time.
