Kangatraining

Kangatraining is LIIT: low impact interval training.

The combination of exercises, the sequence that they’re done in and the duration of class means that you’re getting a hec of a workout and working on both your strength and overall fitness.

And it’s suitable for all fitness levels, because each of our exercises can be modified to be a little easier for those starting out or more challenging for those who have advanced.

And because you’re up and moving and exercising to music you're going to get those same endorphins cranking that you might get from more high impact exercise like running. And those mood lifting hormones are going to help get you through the rest of your day!

Kanga is perfect as either an interim to get your general strength and fitness up before moving back to more high impact exercise or for the long haul until your baby goes to school.

No need to BYO carrier – I have FREE carrier hire. I welcome siblings, and best of all your first class is FREE!

Book in today, you’ll be so glad you came!
