Shine Om specialises in yoga and mindfulness classes for kids, teens and families. Our classes integrate nature, play and social-emotional learning with yoga philosophy and practices for a holistic experience.

Shine Om family classes are co-created with the attendees and activate your imagination for an interactive, engaging and fun class. We are experienced working with antenatal and postnatal mums making our family classes safe for you to join your family with Doctors' approval.

We offer public and private classes in person and online. To support your well-being off the mat, our self-care brand, Shine Om Natural, consists of natural and organic skincare, essential oil blends, massage oils and room sprays that are safe for the whole family. We have products to support pregnancy and are safe for children.
